Y'all Still There?

I've learned a lot and grown more than I planned in the last 105 weeks, but I'm not sure about writing.

Jos (my wife, for those of you uncultured swine who don't know her) is in charge of the finances in our family, and I told her she should cancel this website because I had nothing left to say. She refused on the grounds of, "sometimes you get a wild hair up your ass and want to write." Which, I don't think would hold up in court and I told her that. Her rebuttal was that she likes the way I write and she wants me to get back to it. Allegedly. Encouragement is in the contract she signed on September 28, 2019, so we'll take that with a grain of salt.

One of the things that I've learned in the last 2.01923077 years is that I appreciate critical and creative thinking a lot more than I thought I did. But, I talk to myself enough.

I don't do this for the readers, but when y'all gas me up it helps. It makes me think that I'm not crazy and I'm not alone. On the contrary, it reaffirms that I'm not unique - which sucks, and, in a way, prevents me from publishing words on a screen.

Should I start writing regularly again? Be for real.
